disk type change

[soyeomul]

i would like to change disk type:

• pd-balanced (from)
• pd-standard (to)

my zone is us-central1-b and instance name is bionic190316003 and os is ubuntu 18.04

my instance is for mail server all time 365 days.

any comments welcome!

i can shutdown my instance for a while if possible change to pd-standard.
