I gained early access to GNP earlier this year but just recently attempting to use the app.  My first problem is that after logging into the app and selecting the "view projects" button,  I don't see any projects or ability to edit/ create projects, etc...   What am I missing?

Hi @markn,

Welcome to the Google Cloud Community!

Google Network Planner is currently limited to early access users. This means that it is under development and can be less stable.

You can check Network Planner's Help Center to know more about Managing Network Planner Projects.

You can also check Frequently asked questions or you can contact Google Cloud Support to further look into your case. Let me know if it helped, thanks!

Hi @Marramirez

I have the same problem. I reviewed all info about Managing Network Planner Projects. I'm still unable to edit, create or open. Anything else we can try or it's just the current limitation of the tool?

Thanks

same issue still on my end. I have not heard anything from support.

I have the same issue, has any one found a solution?

Im having the same issue . Solutions?

Any update on this?  I have enabled all Network Planner functions but have no options to create a project.

Project creation in Network Planner currently appears to be working as expected.

There is a somewhat confusing interaction with a related project, Spectrum Access System (SAS) Portal. When Google SAS customers navigate to Network Planner, they may have some limited access to the website - but should not necessarily be able to create projects or otherwise use the Network Planner.

Use of the Network Planner is intentionally only available to existing users who signed up for early access. Unfortunately we are not adding new users to Network Planner at this time.
