vm not start after reboot

vm not start  with all the changes, the problem is the google agent oops which doesn't start, it doesn't even let me log in to the console. what to do?

Kindly provide more details regarding your issue. Indicate the machine type, image, and when did the issue start. What exact changes have you made to the VM? Please share the logs or error code when starting up the VM.
