what are the IP Ranges or FQDN to whitelist for gcp cloud scheduler initiated cronjobs

I have some crons that are supposed to run on cloud scheduler but failing, gcp cloud scheduler seems to be getting blocked on the host, what are the ip ranges or fqdn i can whitelist so that cloudscheduler crons are not blocked?

Here are the Google IP address ranges for Google APIs and services' default domains:

• IP ranges that Google makes available to users on the internet
• Global and regional external IP address ranges for customers' Google Cloud resources
