Create chat bot with trigger in space and sending PM

Hello,
I’m working on a Google Chat bot.

The bot is supposed to listen for messages (trigger is the word "Lunch") in general Google Chat space and, if there’s no message within 30 minute with the other trigger word "back", send a private reminder to the user (who messaged "Lunch", but didn't messaged "back" within 30 min).

I’ve tried following various instructions from AI, including setting up Webhooks, using the Google Chat API, Google Apps Script projects, and Google Cloud Projects, but I’ve faced a lot of inconsistencies and shifting approaches. The setup steps seem to change, and I’m unsure which tools or steps should be used to complete the task.

Can anyone suggest the best tools and approach for implementing this Google Chat bot with the desired behavior?

 Hi @Igor88 , the default recommended platform to build chatbots in GCP is Conversational Agents https://cloud.google.com/products/conversational-agents?e=48754805&hl=en, have you had a look at that?
