Deployment Timeout Cloud SQL Connections Integrations

I have followed the documentation, https://cloud.google.com/integration-connectors/docs/configure-cloudsql-psc, and everything is set up correctly.

When I make the connection from the Integrations Connector, it returns a "Deployment Timeout" and the connection does not go to Active Status.

Its status is Error: This connection has been closed,

Please could you help us, there is little documentation about it.

thanks

Hi @GonDevops,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

Troubleshooting Steps for "Deployment Timeout" Error:

1. Verify Configuration:

  • Review Cloud SQL PSC configuration guide thoroughly.
  • Check Integrations Connector and Cloud SQL settings (endpoint, credentials, firewall rules).
  • Ensure appropriate service account roles and permissions.

2. Check Network Connectivity:

  • Test connectivity between Integrations Connector and Cloud SQL (ping, traceroute).
  • Verify VPC peering or Cloud NAT if they're in different networks.

3. Address Credentials and Authentication:

  • Confirm correct credentials in Integrations Connector.
  • Consider rotating password and using secure storage (Cloud Secret Manager).

4. Monitor Logs and Metrics:

  • Enable logging for Integrations Connector and Cloud SQL.
  • Check Cloud Monitoring for network, resource usage, and errors.

5. Consider Service-Specific Guidance:

  • Refer to documentation and support for specific managed services you're using.

Additional Tips:

  • Provide more setup details and error messages for further assistance.
  • Consider contacting Google Cloud support for expert troubleshooting.
