Issues with Recaptcha for China Users

We have enterprise recaptcha implemented in our app (login and registration flows). However, from the last week onwards, we have seen many of our Chinese clients complain that the recaptcha is not loading for them, causing them to get blocked on the login page.
We want to know if there is a solution to this so that recaptcha can work seamlessly for Chinese clients as well.

China enforces an active internet censorship policy, and as a result, most, if not all, Google products are blocked there. I want to be mindful of not suggesting any potentially illegal workarounds. Therefore, I recommend contacting Google Cloud Support directly. They are equipped to offer appropriate guidance for your specific situation in China.

Thank you for the response, unfortunately we don't have a support package with Google Cloud Support at the moment, we just have the basic pack. So was hoping to see if there were any solutions out there

Some of our China users reported this issue just yesterday as well.  We are already using the alternative www.recaptcha.net source for Recaptcha as mentioned here.  However, it appears that www.recaptcha.net is now being blocked too.

I have exactly the same issue. It looks like even recaptcha.net domain is now fully blocked. You can see it also here: (Site Link Removed by Staff) (100% loss from CN)

For us, this is deal-breaker and we are migrating out from google captcha for CN based users.

A few months ago, we encountered a similar issue with a client who was using HubSpot forms and custom forms integrated with Enterprise reCAPTCHA. After some research and testing, we found a reliable solution through 21YunBox. Since implementing it, our forms have been functioning seamlessly, and we've not received a single complaint. It's been several months now, and the system continues to work perfectly for our Chinese clients.

Use  https://www.recaptcha.net/recaptcha/api.js instead of google.com/recaptcha
