Linking google sheets to mysql database running on my laptop

So I am facing problems with trying to connect my Google spreadsheet and MySQL database that running on my laptop. I have tried allowing the 3306 port on my firewall and also allowing the database application itself. But somehow google scripts keep saying there's an error trying to establish a connection to the MySQL database even though I have supplied the correct and necessary credentials.

Can you kindly confirm if this use case of Google sheet and MySQL is using Application Integration? If its directly from Google Sheets, would recommend to post the query to Google Sheet forum
