Hello!
Many companies receive orders/complaints via whatsapp and they need to automatically channel them into their CRM of choice. Up until now these companies have 1-2 people dealing with this manually and request to automate this process. Is there a way to do this with App Integration? I see a few questions in the AppSheet channel but not in here.
Regards
Erif

Hello,
In this case Application Integration and Integration Connectors can absolutely be used! I would recommend reviewing the following documentation: https://cloud.google.com/integration-connectors/docs/all-integration-connectors and note the following:
1. As per whats app "source" integration, you can most likely use the Twilio Connector (as whats app APIs are typically embedded within Twilio). If you want to use a more "custom" workflow both the HTTP and RESTful connectors could also be utilized
2. From a CRM perspective (and once all mapping tasks are complete to map the source message to the target syntax) we have a wide variety of CRMs natively supported (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk), etc
I would recommend reviewing the above and letting us know if there are any questions and/or concerns - thanks!
