I have previously received mails regarding Google arcade last being on dec 12. But I haven't recived no new Arcade insider mail. 

If you have subscribed to Arcade and also received previous month's Insider mails then reach out to Chat support/support@qwiklabs.com.

In the insider mail I received, 5 points are missing. The total should be 66 points but it is showing 61 points.  Due to which instead of being the ultimate milestone, it shown to be an advanced milestone. Please help

Hi, 

I have checked my points tally on The Arcade profile multiple times Previously, I had 49 points, but in the latest Arcade Insider Mail which I received yesterday, it shows that I have only collected 43 points. Apart from these game badges, I've collected 43 Skill Badges. Below I've given a detailed points breakup along with my Google Cloud Public Profile:

39 Game/Trivia Badges = 39 Points
5 Special Game Badge = 10 Points
43 Skill Badges = 21 Points

I have worked extremely hard to achieve Premium Plus Milestone status. Losing these crucial point undermines my effort. I kindly request you to look into this issue and correct the error if possible.

Dear Team,

I have reviewed my profile on Google Cloud Skills Boost multiple times Previously, I had 30 points, but in the latest Insider Mail, it shows that I have only collected 26 points.

This discrepancy is quite disheartening, as I have worked extremely hard to achieve Advanced milestone. Losing a point unfairly undermines my effort. I kindly request you to look into this issue and correct the error if possible.

I have thoroughly reviewed my Google Cloud Skills Boost profile multiple times, and it consistently showed 31 points. However, the latest Insider Mail indicates that I have only accumulated 29 points.

This discrepancy is disappointing, as I worked hard to reach the Advanced milestone; please review and correct it if possible.

Nope, you have 29.5 arcade points, but since arcade team didn't consider points in decimals, you got 29 points...

I have accidentally not subscribed arcade and completed my arcade program, i have made 46 points with lot struggle and time. Can you please allow me to subscribe arcade.

Have you received Arcade Insider mail on Dec 12, 2024 as if you have subscribed to Arcade then you must receive that mail as well? If not that simply means you have not subscribed to Arcade.

Thank you for sharing your concern! Diwali in the Arcade game invite came your way because you opted in to receive promotional emails in Google Cloud Skills Boost. However, to receive the Arcade Insiders or the Arcade Prize Counter email, you need to be subscribed to the Arcade via the Arcade Page.
We made sure to highlight this, along with the subscription button. Please take a look at the attached image.image (23).png

@Yugali can you pls specify the size of the laptop sleeve in the champion milestone as I have a 15.6 inch laptop and the swag comes in different sizes

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. After reviewing your input, here are some important clarifications:

1) Arcade Points Format: Arcade points are always displayed as whole numbers—you’ll never see them in decimals.

2) Unauthorized Calculators: There’s no official Arcade Points calculator approved by the Arcade team. If you’re noticing discrepancies, it’s likely due to using unofficial calculators. To avoid errors, please calculate your points manually using the method shown in the image included in the article above.

3) Earning Bonus Points: To have qualified for bonus points, you needed to fill the rsvp form at the start of the Facilitator Program by providing your email ID and the associated public profile. If these didn’t match, or if the form wasn’t submitted, facilitator points were not awarded.

4) Subscription Requirement: To be eligible for Arcade points and receive the prize counter email, we kindly ask that you subscribe to the Arcade, regardless of your participation in the Facilitator Program, Study Jam, or any other campaign. Please note, if you are not subscribed to the Arcade during the Arcade season, you will not receive the prize counter email.

5) Eligibility for Insider Emails: This special Insider edition was sent only to those eligible for prizes and subscribed to the Arcade, meaning you must have scored at least 15 points. If you didn’t receive it, it’s likely because this requirement wasn’t met.

6) Resolving Discrepancies: If there is a genuine discrepancy with your points, we will contact you to address the issue. If you don’t hear from us, it means your points are accurate.
 

 

Quick Guide to Calculating Your Arcade Points:

  • July 22 - July 31, 2024: Each skill badge was worth 1 Arcade Point.
  • After July 31, 2024: Every 2 skill badges earned you 1 Arcade Point (No fractional points).
  • Game Badges: Each game badge earned 1 Arcade Point.
  • Special Game Badges: Each special game badge was worth 2 Arcade Points. (Examples included: The Arcade-athon, The Arcade Explorers, Trick-or-Skills, Diwali in The Arcade, Arcade Snowdown.)
  • Google Cloud Digital Leader Learning Path: If you completed this learning path between August 1st and August 5th, 2024, you earned 5 Arcade Points (Note: While the Cloud Digital Leader path should have been completed by August 5, it was acceptable to finish some courses from the learning path before this date for the campaign.)
  • The Arcade Lessons (Nov 19 - Dec 3, 2024): For every 2 featured course badges, you earned 1 Arcade Point (up to a maximum of 4 points). (Note: No fractional points.)
  • Nov 19 - Dec 3, 2024: During this period, no game or skill badges were counted toward Arcade Points.
  • Facilitator Program Points: For details on bonus points, visit the Arcade Facilitator page.

I perticipated and score 45 points in this season but i dont reseive arcade prize insider mail, Yesterday i sonnected with arcade chat support they give me hope but i dont received mail from them nor my problrm solved yet,

They told me to check on spam mails I checked many times but unfortunately its not there . 

please help me i put too much time and efforts on arcade events ...
