Many users are reporting that they haven't received the arcade insider email even though they were playing since oct 29 is there any issue or  a fresh insider email will too be shared before prize claim please tell me.

Can confirm. I have been playing since a long time (maybe April), i did not get an email. Can't even complete the December trivia coz i don't have any more creds. Its sad coz i have 7 arcade points and was hoping to get 3 more for redeeming the t shirt.  😞

Maybe they haven't opted in from the settings or forgot to subscribe from the Arcade page....

I am using Gmail and Insider emails are regularly landing in my Spam folder. So it is important to check spam from time to time or add the Insider email no-reply@qwiklabs.com to the trusted addresses.
