If I complete the skill badges now, will I receive points for the arcade? If so, will they be counted for the prize counter?

Yes, definitely 2 skill badges equals to 1 points but you will not get any bonus point from them.

Yes, every 2 Sb will give you 1 Arcade points and it is counted towards the Prize Counter as well. Make sure to subscribe to Arcade as well.
