Q1. Can I earn Arcade swags individually without joining the facilitator program? Or is joining the program a prerequisite for earning rewards?

Q2. Does ranking influence the types or availability of Arcade swags? For instance, do top-ranked users have access to exclusive or limited-edition items that lower-ranked users cannot obtain the swags at all?

A1. Yes, join the Arcade and you can earn swags. Facilitator program just gives bonus points but is closed now.

A2. No, if by ranking you mean the score achieved based on speed of completion of labs. Only the points counted in the arcade milestones do matter for swags - and these depend on completion, not on speed of completion.

The only purpose of Facilitators is to help you reach your goal quicker, you dont need to enroll in it to get the rewards. You will have to put in a bit more effort but thats all

It depends on which milestone you have reached, say if you reached advanced no matter the position in leaderboard you will get the same swags
