Why Google cloud arcade swag items cannot be shipped in Bangladesh?

As per the govt. restrictions on cross border shipments in some countries.
For more info:
Items cannot be shipped to countries on the list of US Treasury Department’s Sanctions Programs and the following countries: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Cuba, Sevastopol city and Syria.

That program might be specially for Bangladesh Region as there are many programs for Pakistan as well.
