Hey, please help me, this is the only lab i need to finish before I get my 11course certification, but I get access denied EVEN IF IM USING INCOGNITO. I even submitted in qwiklabs support but they did not fixed it yet. Any reco for alternative fix?

Is the error showing just after you start the lab? Or is it while working?

I'd rather recommend you to contact with the chat support for instant remediation by the team. Click on the circled question mark on the top right side of the interface, from there you go to chat support. Although other types of support options are available, this way is the most convenient and fastest in my opinion.
