We know you have questions, and we’ve got the answers. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most out of your Arcade 2024 experience:

Q: Is The Arcade different from the Arcade Facilitator program, and are Arcade Milestones and Facilitator Milestones the same?
A: Yes! That is correct. The milestones in the Arcade Facilitator program are different from the Arcade milestones. Note that, under the facilitator program, you earn Arcade + Bonus points when you complete a milestone. Whereas, in the Arcade campaign, on achieving any of the mentioned milestones and the points required for them, you receive swags for that particular milestone at the end of the Arcade season. You can use the points earned in the Arcade Facilitator program for the Arcade milestones.

Q: Where can I see my Arcade points and how do I calculate them?
A: Here’s a quick guide to calculating your Arcade Points:

• July 22 - July 31, 2024: Each skill badge equals 1 Arcade Point.
• After July 31, 2024: Every 2 skill badges will earn you 1 Arcade Point.
• Game Badges: Each game badge (excluding special games like Arcadeathon) is worth 1 Arcade Point.
• Google Cloud Digital Leader Learning Path: If you have completed this learning path between 1st August, 2024 and 5th August 2024, you have already earned 5 Arcade Points, which will be reflected in your monthly Insiders too.
• Facilitator Program Points: For details on bonus points, visit the Arcade Facilitator page.

Q: Where can I find accurate information about the Arcade, its games, rules, and swag?
A: The Arcade page is your go-to source for all things Arcade. For all the updates and announcements, make sure to join our Community!

Q: I’ve completed all activities from a game, but I can’t see my badge. What should I do?
A: Double-check that you’ve completed all required game labs from the official game URL. You can also verify your lab completion from your GCSB profile activity.

Q: I’ve earned a milestone in the Facilitator program. Where are my swags?
A: There are no separate rewards specifically for the Facilitator Program. The points and bonuses contribute to your overall Arcade progress, and you’ll be able to claim your prizes at the upcoming prize counter.

Those are usually sent after "The Arcade Certification Zone {Month} 2024" finishes.
So the email should arrive after the 21st of September.

@Yugali Can I able to order swags from each Milestones like last year or according to points If I have 61 points I will get Ultimate Milestones swags, like Arcade 2024 Season 1. I request you to add some different swags instead of Laptop Bags Because in Arcade 2024 Season 1, All the player get laptop backpack. Instead of Backpack add "Power bank"

Hey @Yugali , I know swags are distributed based on the arcade milestone but the points limit is 65. If someone have more than 100 points, should you let them to add one or more milestone in their cart at the time of claiming the reward.

There are no swags for july to sept.
It is only for bonus point.

You will get it once the prize counter open in December, there is no separate swags for arcade facilitator program apart from the bonus points.

I want to ask that if like this sep month I collect 10 arcade points and then as arcade season will end in December so will this 10 arcade points will be collected and applicable with month oct arcade points to reach the milestone of 65 points

I recently received an update mentioning that I have earned 91 Arcade points so far. However, I would like to confirm the following:

1. How many points do I currently have, including any updates or recent additions?
2. Will bonus points from the Arcade Facilitator Program be counted towards my final total?

Compatible size of Laptop sleeve 

Will there be a option for selecting the size of laptop sleeve
as same as we select the size of t-shirts n hoodies.
Because not everyone have the common 15inch laptop 
some have 17inch laptop or may some of them having Macbook of smaller than 15inch.If we have choices of sizes so we will grateful while redeeming the arcade points!

Hi @Yugali,

I have earned about 60 points but need 75 for the Champion milestone. Looking at the available skill badges, there are only a few, and they’re not sufficient to reach 75 points. Are there additional ways to earn points that I’m missing? Also, could more skill badges be added before the end date to help participants reach the Champion level? It would be great if more badges could be introduced. Or else, please change the rule from "two skill badges got one point" to "one skill badge got one point." Any advice on maximizing point earnings or updates on potential new badges would be appreciated.
