Arcade Insider - June Trivia - Code not working

Hi Team,

I got an  Email this morning to participate on the Trivia June, the message said that I have till 15/07 to redeem credits using a code, but this  one doesn't work, any idea of what can I do?

After you paste the code, check if you see the initial 9 credits. If not, you need to explicitly log out and log back in to see them. After you see them, you need to start and complete a lab to get the 191 other credits.

Make sure you are signed out then click on the button (copy code & enroll) then sign in (you will see 9 credits on ur acc) and then start a lab and wait for 6 mins then end the lab

This is a crucial step (while not being obvious):

• Sign in to get initial 9 credits (Sign out if already signed in)

That means you have to be logged out while redeeming credits. I remember that in the past, I had to log in using an incognito window to receive the initial 9 credits.

thanks for taking the time to help me, unfortunately the problem might be the code. I followed the instructions provided and I'm still not able the join the game

I've double checked and I've the initial 9 credits, I reckon that I should join using the code in the Arcade web, for now.

if you have the initial 9 credits, you just need to complete any lab (need not be in the arcade) to get the rest. 

This lab is quick to do and free:

When you got the 100/100 in the lab, end it and you will get the 191 points.
