I am not receiving Arcade Insider mails what should I do???

Have you checked your spam folder?

On the Arcade page subscribe your email address also in your profile settings turn on updates and notification 

You can also contact chat support and ask them to add your mail in their database

On this page you will find a text field to get updates directly to your email, if you enter your email id in that textfield and hit subscribe button.
