Arcade Insider shows lesser points

This is my first time getting 10 points , I was hoping that I might be able to get the standard milestone but the when I received the Arcade Insider Mail today, I was shocked to see that I only have 5 points not 10.

Can someone please help me!

Your answer is in the photos itself.
The total in the Arcade Insider mail reflects the points you've earned from July 22 to December 3, 2024. Hence, points earned after this would not show in the mail. Don't worry, your points are safe.
And from your public profile link, I can get that you are only 1 point away from the Standard Milestone. The time is till 25th December , 11:59 pm. Focus on the games, since the skill badges might take more labs (considering the 10 lab/day limit), all you need is one point. Don't give up, and all the best!

Insider mail contains the points count till Dec 03, 2024 only and after looking into your profile I get to know that you have earned Dec Game badges which is done after Dec 3, 2024 that's why you have faced this issue.
If the badges are visible in your profile section that means you have that much points Don't worry about it.
