In the Arcade last labe "What's Next" there have two links like one is Return to Arcade and another one Community Forum so now my question is it's mandatory to complete that but unable to complete because while cliking on that link it's reverting the arcade home page

it is not mandatory, ignore "what's next" ; you should have gotten the completion badge if you have done everything else.
