Arcade Points reduction

This is really a pitty experience with Google cloud Arcade prize counter.

I have earned total of 26 points till 20th December 2023 and now in prize counter mail i received a  reduction of 2 points, total 24 points is displayed in prize counter mail.

It was clearly written in arcade website that points will be calculated on or before 20th December 2023 IST 11:59 PM. So could arcade break it's commitment and reduced my points?

It seems several other people have reported this issue as well except, in my case, I have bonus points as well.

Yes, this is really careless on their side brother but mail to support@qwiklabs.com

They are validating and clearing the issues so no worries, you wont lose any of your hard earned points
