Arcade Prize Counter Duplicate Iink issue

I have participated in the arcade program throughout July-December 2023. I firstly claimed the mail for swags but it was the coupon voucher code only so I was not able to claim the prize. But then I talk with chat support to resolve my issue and give the prize claim link. I got the link in the spam after 2 hours but when I click on the link it was already redeemed by others. But that was not my email-id, I think i didn't get the unique id for swags claim. It was duplicate link.

I have given my query on 31st December but still there is no solution from Qwiklabs Support Team and Today is already 3rd January, I have left 2 days to claim the swags.

I have already asked 10-12 times. They only reply their team is working on it. If any update they got then they will send the solution via mail to me. But 4 days gone, there is no mail I get from them.
