Arcade Prize counter mail

I did not get arcade prize counter mail. Can the arcade team help me.
Please take a look at my problem @Yugali.  I am waiting for reply.

Did you get the previous Arcade Insider mail in December?

If yes, then please check your spam and other folders including trash. If it's still not there, you might need to contact the support team directly. Also, make sure you have gathered at least 15 arcade points this season, or else you are not eligible to receive swags.

If no, then you might not be subscribed to the Arcade, and you might have opted out of mails from the arcade (check your GCSB account settings), hence you are ineligible for the prize counter.

Go to your CloudSkillBoost profile page, on the top right select the "?" symbol, then click on Chat Support. Follow the necessary steps from there.
