Arcade - Swag not shipped

Hi,

    I completed arcade and ordered ny swag on 1 st July 2023. But it didn't got dispatched or shipped as I checked my order status that it is showing as placed only.

• Can anyone please provide an update or clarification on this?

It has been mentioned that it takes 6 to 8 weeks to ship so u need to wait

Chances are it will be sent by end of aug or mid sept

I just checked in the order status page. My order has been dispatched and is currently in transit. I haven't gotten an e-mail regarding the change of status or with the tracking information yet.

As an update to my situation, I got my swag delivered on Monday. Printose sent me an e-mail with the tracking information and delivered status after that.

Yes, there are lot of people who did not get swags. Not sure, what #Printo is doing. Need to raise the concern with them including #Qwiklabs @Abhishek213

Yes many even complained that there package was lost .

My package has not been shipped yet, according to the info on the site. I guess it depends on the availability of the selected items.
