Arcade facilitator prize counter

I haven't received any redemption mail(milestone 1) for Arcade facilitator program. So, could you please help me with this issue....

I have already subscribed to arcade but I didn't receive any mail regarding the prize counter for the milestone 1 that I have completed for facilitator program.

The mails will be sent to those who have at least 15 points and as you mentioned you have completed Milestone 1 of Facilitator program that means you have only 10 points. That's the reason that you have not received the prize counter mail.
