Arcade insider mail

I have completed 6 arcade, 8 trivia and 42 skill badges and my total points are 69.5 but in my today's arcade insider mail it is showing that my total points are 44.

Can someone please help me. This is my public profile

The insider mail also says that:

(Note: This total reflects your progress in the Arcade from July 22 to October 31, 2024, and does not include any bonus points you may have earned through the Arcade Facilitator program.)

So if you are counting in 25 bonus points from Arcade Facilitators, assuming that you were registered for that and got that bonus confirmed in the final facilitators mail (?), this should explain it, right?

Yes I think that website is calculating bonus points also

Please don't go for any website or calculator's points count as these are not official Calculators.

Let me give you the points you have at this time without Bonus points (As I don't know your Bonus Points count):
3 SBs (Monsoon Event) = 3 Points
CDL Event = 5 Points
39 SBs = 19 Points
8 Trivia Badges = 8 Points
6 Level Badges = 6 Points
1 Certification Badge = 1 Point
1 Arcade-athon Badge = 2 Points

Total Points = 44 Points

Same case
if i check here <URL removed by staff>, i get 39 points. but in arcade insider mail the points i get is only 9.

Can someone please help me.

Please read the important note in the mail itself which says 

(Note: This total reflects your progress in the Arcade from July 22 to October 31, 2024, and does not include any bonus points you may have earned through the Arcade Facilitator program.)

Insider mails contain the Points count till 31st Oct and after checking your profile I see that you have completed many SBs in November month so these badges are not counted in this insider mail. Please reach out to Chat support for official points count.
