Keep Your Order Information Secure
If anyone asks for your order URL, do not share it. Instead, reach out to the support team mentioned in your order email. Avoid seeking help from random individuals in the community, on Tele, or WhatsApp.
Provide Accurate Details
- Ensure your email address and mobile number are correct and active.
- When your order is out for delivery, you'll receive an OTP. Use an active number to avoid any issues.
- Address Reminder: If you are a college student or planning to shift somewhere else, make sure to provide the address where you or a family member will be present to receive the prize.
Avoid Fraudulent Practices
Do not engage in the buying or selling of arcade accounts. Such practices are often fraudulent. Stay safe and follow the guidelines.
