Is the subscription only need to be done through the google form and nothing else? and is it necessary that the extra skill badge labs require credits to start, I mean will subscribers receive insider email regarding the credits or need to buy the credits ourselves?

some skill badges are credit free while some needs credits so donot worry team will provide free credits also you can join the innovator program where you will get 35 credits each month.
