Arcade swags of premium milestone didn't receive, how many days it takes, it's still showing in order placed since 9th-Jan-2025 but no updates yet

I checked with the whitesquare international (Google Swag partner) team they informed me.

in most of the cases printos website it will mainly stay at the order placed possition even after you have recived the prises. so dont worry about that. it takes almost 2-3 months for both printo and whitesqure to complete the shipment process.if you still need any help or any info about the prise and processing status fell free to contact the respective customer service.

Every year the goodies for Dec Prize counter will start delivered after the mid of March month and it will continue in April month as well so just wait you will surely receive your goodies soon.

any updates anyone till now i didnt get my premium swags too and the date is april 17 so does anyone know how to contact them and all

Dont worry  it is taking them more than normal time this season. today itself i recived my advance milestone swags. you can mail printo (google-swag@printo.in). and provid the order date and order number order milestone etc for them to easily identify the order info. they will get back within 24 hour. if any issues arise they will also try to help you via mail.
