I have no received arcade prize counter mail.

I subscribed arcade program but chat support says not subscribing the arcade.

Please someone help me.

Did you received any mail regarding the Arcade after the month of August? 

Firstly, check whether you have received any mail with the subject 'Arcade Insider' since August till December.

If yes, then take a screenshot and show that to the chat support ASAP.


If no, then what the chat support is saying is true. Somehow it didn't get subscribed. You need to subscribe to the arcade each and every season, and opt in for occasional product updates and extended time accommodations in your Cloud Skills Boost Account settings.
