Calculations of Arcade Points

Can anyone calculate what is my current arcade points? https://arcadehelper.vercel.app/pointscalculator shows 59 but Customer Support says it's 60. I'm getting confused. Which is correct?

That calculator is not an official product and sometimes not up to date on all the available badges. Rely on the official count by support.

hope you are doing well, do you know where to find the support for confirming and checking the arcade point by any chance?
i didnt find any mail on the arcade game page

watch for the email titled [Arcade Insider] that comes early in the month. you get it when you are subscribed to the arcade (which you need to be anyway for your points to count). The last one was on June 6, so I think we can expect another one next week.
