Cannot Access Webassessor and Unable to See Passed Exam and Upcoming Exams in Certmetrics

Recently I am not able to login into my Google Cloud webassessor even though I keyed in the correct username and password. I have realised that this could be due to the implementation SSO method to webassessor via the Certmetrics. I did not have certmetrics account before so I followed the 'First Time Login' instructions since I already have the webassessor account since September 2019 but I did not receieve any welcome email in my registered email after multiple attempts. I decided to create a new account using the same email I used to register for webassesor on certmetrics hoping that the support team can help me to retrieve my passed exam records and upcoming exam schedule to the new account. However, all of the passed exam and scheduled exam records are nowhere to be found and I tried contacting Kryterion support to rectify if my previous account data is deleted but did not receive any clear answer if they are still sitting somewhere in Google record. Now I have paid for about 7 exams which I havent take and they are just disappered overnight.

I have tried contacting Google Cloud certification support as well but they asked me to provide the two email address I would like to merge. This seems to be not the issue I am facing since my previous account at webassessor just become inaccessible and I am not sure if it got deleted or not.

Can anyone shed some lights how this can be resolved?

same I have an exam that I need to take and I cant login.
