Apologies for the late reply, the post literally got buried. In case your problem is not solved yet, here's the reply.
This error happens sometimes due to internal problems, like server overload, which makes allocation of resources to perform the lab not possible at that moment. The good thing is that they'll not deduct credits, and if deducted, they'll return it.
If it happens more than once, you may try contacting the chat support. Chat support gives you instant reply. Hence I prefer this in case of any problem I face. The team is very supportive too. They'll try to give solutions immediately or within 24 hours for critical problems.
