Cannot access quicklabs to generate bearer token for Automl Tables

I was working on this quicklabs Self Service ML Pipelines Using Dataprep and AutoML Tables. In the last steps, we are supposed to generate a bearer token for submitting training jobs to Automl Tables.

However, when visiting the page in question https://gsp-auth-kjyo252taq-uc.a.run.app/ I see it is not reachable (see screenshot)!

I tried incognito and non incognito but same result, page not reachable. Did I miss something?
