I have one Google account for learning and another for payment. I bought the Google Developer Premium annual subscription for my learning account but paid using my payment account via Google Pay. Now I can't start any labs on my learning account.
It turns out the GCSB subscription got applied to my payment account, even though other subscription benefits like exam vouchers went to the learning account. To make things worse, I can’t re-subscribe on the learning account since it shows as active. I contacted Qwiklab Customer Care weeks ago, but up till now they still have no ETA on a fix 😞
Has anyone dealt with this before? How long did it take to resolve? Thank you!
