Cant start the Lab

Migrate to Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL using Database Migration Service of data and database engineering skills. This lab is not starting they are saying provision lab resources for 6 minutes and after that its not starting what is the issue can anyone help me out??

labs is having an ongoing issue ..so please leave right now ..team is working hard to resolve it
