“Certificate Authority Service API” not working in GSP916

I'm getting that error despite enabling the API and Learn to earn which is ending in 13 hours. Please, I need help. Otherwise, my whole progress is at stake. I contacted the Qwiklabs chat support and I've attached the SS of their answer as well. I'm doing this because that wasn't the case with my friend, who was doing the same thing on her laptop as she cleared the lab without facing any difficulty. 

Please, someone assure me that this won't affect the progress that I've made so far.
