I passed the Associate Cloud Engineer on 6th April,2024. Now I can't find Exam history in the Kryterion webassessor. I did reached out to their support team but they couldn't help much and asked me to reach out to Google Cloud support team. Google support team is not helping as well. They are sending some auto generated generic kind of emails in response rather than solving my actual issue. Can anyone know a phone number to reach out to them as these emails are not working. I did a lot of hard work to obtain this certificate and now my certificate is missing. I need this certificate for my promotion in the company. Please someone help me. @supp
