Challenge Lab: "Build generative virtual agents with API integrations" Progress checks fail despite-

TLDR: instructions unclear, unable to pass challenge lab.

Hi! I work for a partner company and we're required to complete a few Skills Boost paths. I'm almost there except for this challenge lab [link]. The last 2nd progress check fails with the message:

"Please create the Cloud Function as mentioned in the task." 

- I definitely DID create the cloud function to spec and in the appropriate project, environment, etc, but for some reason the progress check doesn't recognize that I did. EDIT: It works as it's supposed to during end-to-end convo testing. I've done this at least 5 times now and still can't figure out what the problem is.

Currently it's giving me 0/30 for that task. If I can just get past this cloud function error, I bet I'll be able to figure out the rest.

Hello, the lab is partner specific and not available to the broader public, even with the link. Could you perhaps copy & paste the lab instructions?

What I would check according to your description:

- function version 1/2, if it is not explicitly stated in the lab, try both?

- if the function accesses another GCP service (data store in this case?), does the service account for the function have the correct IAM roles?

- can you check logs for the function to get an idea about what fails?
