Clarification for swag delivery

Hi all,

I had placed the order for the milestone swags in July and the Printose site still shows the status as "order placed" for me while many others have already received their swags from the standard milestone as far as I can see in the conversations. Can someone clarify when it may be delivered? or whether the status does update when the order is shipped

i havn't received anything yet too.how can you track  the parcel, the page still showing ordered placed and there's no tracking number just the Id number  of the parcel is writen on the page.

I think printose is a bit slow, my order was also placed with them, havent received it neither have they updated status from order placed
