CloudSkillBoost Terms&Conditions age verification account blockout

Since few days and enforcement of CloudSkillBoost Qwik platform update of Terms&Conditions requiring age verification, my account is blocked. After contacting the support via chat and email it became apparent that the issue is more widespread. Even after submitting the age above 18, the portal replies with the following message:

'''

You are not eligible to use Google Cloud Skills Boost

We appreciate your interest in Google Cloud Skills Boost!

Based on your response, you are not eligible to use Google Cloud Skills Boost.

We’ll disable your account within 14 days. After this period, your account with Google Cloud Skills Boost will not be recoverable.

Is there a fix for that? I've been using the partner platform, so this should be more than obvious that the verification should be positive. The request popped out just aster finishing one of the modules and filling in the request for feedback about the module content.

same happened with me and the issue is still not resolved

Write a mail to support@qwiklabs.com
Attach the error screenshot and ask them to correct this error as your age is more than 18. As this issue is after you fill the DOB on the portal and you might be less than 18 years of age. This program is only for 18+ students.

Thanks for trying to help. I already opened a ticket with the support, but still got no update other than the issue is still being worked on...
I was thinking that maybe a temporary solution would be available, like creating temporary account, giving temporary access, doing some T&C check bypass, deleting the date of birth that's causing the problems, or deleting the existing account and creating a new one.
None of the above are however available apparently, so I'm looking for some other solutions as well.

Are we going to get the swags without resolving this issue?

Not sure wait for December Insider mail if you got that mail then you will get the swags as well.

I gave the date of birth of 2001 and it worked.

@ullas , how much time will they take to fix this issue?
