Can anyone please tell that can I complete game challenges with 2 account in one laptop / PC. Will I be eligible for prizes.

yes you can do this.. because in previously googlecloudready facilitator program was held and thay announced that anyone who use same desktop for completing badges are eligible to claim prizes ..but you have to give proof i.e. your college/school id. If they found different then you are eligible.🎁
