Couldn't be able to see my order details

I had redeemed the reward from the website on 8th January 2025 but when I checked today it showed that order history is none. So I again tried to redeem it but now its showing coupon limit has been reached. So now what should I do? Will I receive the champion's reward? Unfortunately I forgot to take the screenshot of the order details placed and now I can't find it.

first open ur redeem link with same id that u used before for claiming the prize and then check your order history if it will not work then chat with whitesquare team and ask them to check any order by ur email and coupon code used or not 

Do one thing, mail them your situation using the same mail id, that you provided in your order. They will get in touch with you.
