Delay in Receiving Premium Milestone Gift (Arcade 2024 Jul-Dec)

I achieved the Premium Milestone in the last Arcade (July–December 2024). However, when I visit https://se.printo.in/g/ID, it still shows "Order Placed." Meanwhile, I have noticed that most people have already received their gifts.
How much time is this getting?

The swags of Premium milestones takes maximum time among others milestone. I also did not get it. Wait till 1 st week of April
