Delay in receiving certificate and result confirmation

Facing this issue first time where more than 7 days passed after passing exam but still waiting for certificate. I usually receive certificate in 2-3 days but this is more than a week now. Waiting response from support staff incase any issue.

Same for me… waiting since 10 days

Yes I took the GCP ML on 7/6/2023 and the response to I rec'd on 7/19 was " The credential management system that sends the official result is experiencing issues processing incoming data" and that they have not ETA to fix the issue. No timeline was provided and no method to escalate. If others are getting the same response - please "Like"  VishalBulbule's post to raise awareness.

@djsauer Exactly same response I got on email. Even my ML certificate pending since 9th July.

They have problems with their Plattform…

I finally rec'd it mid Aug, recommend you submit a ticket to the results email within Kryterion. Eventhough I received a poor response - I was able to raise thru other channels. The reason seems to be something with the automation with their partner platform.

I raised an issue with Kryterion as well, however no response on to that yet. May I know what are the other channel in which you raised the issue? The email response from Google Certification support is same for all questions. It looks like auto-generated email.  It looks like indefinite wait to receive the digital certificate. Please suggest any alternate channel in which this issue could be raised. 

I work for a partner so I went thru our partner contact, it showed in my DRI profile, prior to getting an email.

Thanks for reply. The organization I work for, has Google partnership as well. I've raised a ticket in Partnership portal also. Unfortunately, my credential is not appearing in the partnership portal, and they also seems clueless what is the issue. It is bit frustrating. I just hope I'll get the badge before it expires. 

the good part is it doesn't expire for 2 years from when they issue it, so in my case I got an extra 6 weeks from when I took the exam to when it was issued - so my re-cert date is 2 years from that. The bigger challenge is ensuring they send the the re-cert email within 60 days.

Did you receive the digital certificate? If yes, how long you waited? I've been waiting for more than 4 weeks for this. Response from Google Support is just like auto-generated email reply. I passed Professional Data Engineer test online proctored 4 weeks back and still awaiting the digital certificate.

Yes, I checked Accredible , it is not available. Google issue CertMetric credential details. however, upon login I do not see this test in Exam History, no Digital Certificate.  I tried to retrieve the Certificate from Accredible from my registered email and it couldn't retrieve.

Good day to you. Have you attended your exam from CertMetric or WebAssessor? Please note that there are certain updates going around the Certification Operations of Google Cloud, and one who has attended the exam from Webassessor will still be able to view their records on Webassessor. Over a period of time, your credentials and certificates will be transferred to the new CertiMetrics Platform. Please be patient. And always feel free to drop an email to certification-support@google.com as they are the best team to work on this sort of issues.

@tamzidhussainkh Thanks for reply. I attended test using WebAssessor. I can see assessment history there. It is more than 40 days now since I passed the test and I can't see the digital badge yet, which is the cause of frustration. I raised ticket in the Support portal but reply from certification-support@google.com is like auto-reply that they are looking at it. Few of my other colleagues also attended same test during the same period and they received digital badge within 3-5 days. For now, it seems like an indefinite wait for me. I'm just exploring anyone has any other way to contact Google Certification support.

I have the same issue. Passed exam on 25th of September, received a somehow broken email that I passed containing no certificate 3 days  later. .

I raised a ticket and received some time later a response that they have issues with migration to a new partner platform, but are working in it.

It looks like it was kind of response some collegues in this forum received months‘ before.

It‘s frustrating, those kind of migrations should not be rocket science and feedback from customer service on progress is very sparse..

I am experiencing a delay in receiving the results confirmation for a Google Cloud certification examination.

I had reached out to Google Cloud Certifications Support and they mentioned this is due to the on-going transition to the new Certification Platform. However, there were no estimation provided on when these issues can be resolved.

This will be an issue for others who are awaiting the results confirmation in order to renewal their existing Google Cloud certifications.

Hello, I received my digital certificate after 7-8 weeks of passing the test, I was also told the same reason  for delay by the Google certification support team. However, some of my colleagues attended the same test during the same time period received their certificates within 2-3 days. I'm surprised, if the issue is with their transition to new platform everyone should have the same issue, but that's not the case looks like only few fortunate 😃 people are facing this issue. 

I finally received my particular digital certificate roughly 5 weeks after I took the exam.  I was told the same reason - they have issues with transition to the new  platform. Nevertheless I've received other certifications from google within 2-3 business days, as proposed.  
So maybe it is some kind of bad luck if it hits you...,and a test of patience. ;(
