I participated in the Google Cloud Arcade Challenge (Season 1: Jan - July 2024). Following the event's conclusion on July 15, I ordered my Google Cloud swag on July 22, as promised by Printo, the vendor handling swag production and dispatch. The estimated delivery time was 6-8 weeks.
However, it's now been 13 weeks—well beyond the expected timeline—and international deliveries, including mine, remain unfulfilled. Despite multiple follow-ups with Printo's customer support, responses have been minimal, and our inquiries continue to be ignored, even though all domestic orders in India have been fulfilled.
I'm reaching out to Program Manager @Yugali @carrie and the Google Cloud team to address these delays, take serious steps against Printo and ensure fair treatment for international participants. Timely updates and accountability are essential to maintaining trust. Looking forward to a positive resolution!

Thank you for sharing this important issue. I also have not received my prize yet and am unsure about the reason for this delay. Whenever I reach out to the company, the responses have been unsatisfactory. I hope the Google Cloud team can step in to resolve this issue and ensure that all participants, especially international ones, receive their prizes in a timely manner. I would like to share my experience as well regarding the delay in prize deliveries. Like the previous poster mentioned, I participated in the Google Cloud Arcade Challenge (Season 1) and have been eagerly waiting for my prize. However, I have yet to receive it, just like many others.
I fully support the call to the Google Cloud program and managers like @Yugali and @carrie to take effective action with Printo. It’s important that all participants, especially those outside of India, are treated fairly. We need regular updates on the status of our orders, and I hope for a positive resolution soon.
Thankyou for posting this important message. Me also need to share my experience. I reached printo customer service five times. They always reply as it is an international shipment there is a slight delay in the dispatching the order. Arcade team and Google cloud team @Yugali and @carre you guys need to look into it immediately and resolve this international problem.

We’ve waited more than enough. Printo initially promised a timeline of 6 to 8 weeks, but it's now been 14 weeks, and we still haven't received any update from their customer care team. This ongoing delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. It’s time we take action, raise our concerns, and reach out to the appropriate authorities or organizations to make sure our voices are heard and that we get the resolution we deserve!

İ have the same issue it's been 12 weeks and no news
I am facing the same issue, along with many other participants from Indonesia, regarding the delay in Swag Season 1 shipments. Repeated inquiries, whether by email or through Printo's customer service number, have only been met with vague responses telling us to wait, without any clear information, even though the delivery period has far exceeded Printo's initial estimate. It's genuinely disappointing, and Printo seems unprofessional. Again and again, the responses we receive are nothing more than generic templates.
Hopefully, this becomes a serious concern for the organizers. @Yugali please communicate with Printo, as leaving this unaddressed could set a negative precedent.
I'm in, too. It's been 14 weeks already from 22nd July. I have sent an email to printo about 4 weeks back (meaning that it's 10 weeks) and there is only one response that once there is an update, they will inform me. There is no response since then, and I sent a follow up email without getting any further response.
Please @Yugali communicate with Printo regarding issue that international participant did not receive any swags they deserve and this is far beyond Printo's promised timeline.
Hey all, I emailed Printo on Oct 22, and they got back to me on Oct 28 with a tracking link from Aramex that showed that the package was shipped on Oct 25. Hopefully everyone will also receive their swag soon. I haven't received it yet, but at least I finally got an update. 😀
May I know where are you from? Has your package arrived? It's been 13 days but my package is still in transit.
Hey, I'm from Canada and I received my package on Oct 30. Though the tracking online never reflected the delivery status.
Wow, that’s smooth! You're right; the tracking hasn't updated.
It could also be that each country has its own policies. Since I’m in Indonesia, international shipments often go through customs checks and some pretty complex procedures.
I am facing the same issue, hopefully they sent the swags soon.
The status of my swag shipment is "The shipment is returned to shipper" in Bangalore after its suspended in the shipper's hub for 1 week, what's going on?

The shipping company has determined that any item with a rechargeable battery is prohibited such as the LED lamp in the Premium Package, and will be returned back to the shipper, please contact the representative at Printo to avoid any issue that may cause a delay in shipping your gifts.
FYI, I have just received my (Standard Milestone) swag today (France).

Hello @Babar_Ali brother, and everyone else here!
I have seen that Arcade swags cannot be shipped to countries on the list of US Treasury Department's sanctions programs, and other countries namely Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea, Sevastopol city, and Syria. (Source: Lab: Starts Here (don't skip this), which is literally the T&C of the Arcade). So if anyone residing in any of these places don't have an alternate address to ship to (where it's out of sanctions), then problems might arise regarding delivery of swags. They might have to consider giving them away or 'other charitable options'.
