Dialogflow CX: Challenge Lab

Hi ,

I was trying to complete the quest "Create Conversational AI Agents with Dialogflow CX"  but I was not able to complete it.

This is the second time I'm failing to complete this challenge lab.

I go through all the labs in the quest , read thorough docs etc.. 

I'm having some problem with two tasks in the challenge lab

Task 4: Create test cases and Task 5: Create a new version of the agent and save it to a new environment

I created the test-cases and run them successfully -- it says I've passed the test-case ( I've included screenshots kindly check ) , but when i return to the check the progress it says -- I've to test the agent with desired test-cases , but I did that and I'm confused as to what is wrong.

Similarly I created - version and environment , but when I check it says -- create a new version of the agent. 

I couldn't understand where I went wrong. Kindly help me figure this out
