Didn't receive any mail for prizes of Learn to Earn Challenge

I had completed all the 4 badges of Learn to Earn challenge (Essentials, Data, Architecture, Security) on 14th September, 2021. But, I have not yet received any mail regarding shipping address for the prizes. Am I eligible for the prizes?

But this is not done. When we have won the goodies, then why should we kept on checking inbox and all?

Today 16th Oct have checked hundreds time. It gives me anxiety to claim it.
