This is my profile. I participated in 2024 arcade facilitator program, I think I am eligible for swags but didn't receive any mail regarding that, whom to reach , what to do, kindly tell anyone....

You need to have at least 15 points; the profile mentioned has only roughly 13 points. Even if you had 15 points, it is unable to redeem any swag by now, as the 2024 arcade final season ended in January of 2025.

You can try the currently ongoing arcade games by visiting https://go.cloudskillsboost.google/arcade

And get at least 20 points, then you can redeem swags by July. Don't forget to subscribe to the arcade program.

If I participate in current arcade, will the points add in my current points or I have to start from 0 again?

It starts from 0. Whenever the season ends, points are reset.
