I didn't get mail from qwiklabs about my cloud security challenge goodies.
I have completed 2 levels but i didn't get any mail .
Help me so that i take my goodies for completing 2 levels.

It could be an error that did not receive the mail. It is important that you check the spam mail, verify that you met the challenges when obtaining your badges.

check spam once also mail the same to support@qwiklabs.com (with your public url ) they will update u
Printo is saying that the product is in production and it's a being a long time we haven't received any dispatching email for the goodies and swags we have selected from them. It's been more than 6-8 weeks from the swags I have ordered.

Yeah I know that but still even after the required swags are ordered they are still telling that the swag is in production.
I am also in the same situation, I have not received the reward, but I am still waiting, we are in the fifth week and according to what they would be arriving in 6 - 8 weeks... we just have to wait
